COVID-19 Update
We’re closely following the ever-changing news around coronavirus (COVID-19). This pandemic has in many ways changed the way that we lead our daily lives, from cutting off most human interaction to changing the way we work, to changing the things that we buy (and how they’re delivered). These changes have led us to make some updates of our own at Box-Roses over the last month for the safety of our employees. We are currently delivering nationwide, so you can still send flowers and gifts to your friends and loved ones, especially during these times when seeing people in person may become more difficult. At the same time, our primary concern is the well being of our team and customers, so we are implementing new protocols and enhanced safety measures.
Delivery updates:
Our couriers will be adhering to contactless delivery protocols. This means couriers will call or message your recipient to coordinate a drop off location. Packages will be left at the agreed-upon location and will not be handed directly to the recipient. Deliveries to hospitals, schools, or corporate buildings will be made to a centralized mail receiving area.
Employees in our shop continue to regularly deep clean high-touch areas with disinfectant recommended by the CDC.
The global impact of COVID-19 is affecting our supply chain and causing a higher frequency of delays from our farms and with our shipping partners. We will continue to work to ensure your delivery arrives on the requested date, but we know some orders will be impacted and advise on allowing for a potential delay. As always customer service is incredibly important and so we will be proactively reaching out to customers as best we can.
With so much uncertainty in the world right now, we take solace in knowing we have a community of such thoughtful and caring customers, such as yourself. Together, we’ll continue to take this one day at a time.
As always, we want to continue making you - our customers - feel more connected and cared for. We will continue to provide updated information regarding our delivery and operations here. Please reach out to our Happiness Team if there is anything further we can do.
